It can be nerve-wracking to put your voice out there.
Latrinalia allows you to ask a question, share information or call to action other people interested or involved (or both!) in toilet design, of whom you may not meet many in real life.
A bit like toilet graffiti, by adding your message, you’ll be encouraging others to do the same, or maybe to respond. By contributing, you’re collaborating with others to build something bigger.
Unlike toilet graffiti (and a lot of the internet..), we will make sure that content is polite. Anonymity can help you to be bold, and to get passed any nervousness or embarrassment, but please still write as if you’re talking face-to-face. We will read through new posts before they go online so there may be a delay but we’ll do our best to post them the same day; comments as well, though these will be approved more quickly!
Like the best public toilets, we hope to serve a community of regular users and new visitors, where each person leaves Latrinalia how they would wish to find it: clean and fully-functional, an all-round positive experience!
